Business continuity update (Coronavirus)

With the current changing situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to update you on the steps Allan McDougall Solicitors is taking to reduce the potential impact on client service delivery and to minimise the risk the virus poses to our staff, clients and others with whom we work.

Our office at 3 Coates Crescent remains open, and it is business as usual for now (with some changes to hygiene and cleaning routines). We are following UK and Scottish government advice and monitoring it on an ongoing basis. We will review our policies and plans in line with any changes to government advice.

Our aim is to continue to provide our usual high level of client service and care. If some of our team need to work from home, we will continue to support clients remotely. We will use all the technology at our disposal to ensure that we keep operating and communicating as effectively as possible. Inevitably there may be some disruption. Please be assured that all communications will be answered, although there may be some delays. We encourage you to communicate with us by email wherever possible as this will enable us to minimise delays in replying.

We would like to reassure you that Allan McDougall Solicitors will continue to support you and we will take all measures at our disposal to maintain business continuity.

We will update you with any additional information or changes to our operations as necessary.
