Beth is drawn to client-centred areas of law where she can represent and help individuals facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She was drawn to personal injury law as it requires sensitivity, precision, and strong advocacy. Beth values the opportunity to support clients through complex and emotionally challenging situations while helping them seek accountability, clarity, and justice.
Before joining Allan McDougall Solicitors, Beth volunteered at the Strathclyde Law Clinic alongside her studies and worked at the Royal Faculty of Procurators Library throughout her law degree.
She also worked as a case worker at an asylum and immigration firm, supporting vulnerable clients and developing a strong commitment to access to justice.
Beth also spent some time working in hospitality on the Isle of Arran, where she honed her communication, time management, teamwork and client service skills, before returning to university to study law.
