Michela Mastrocinque
Michela joined Allan McDougall Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in March 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a paralegal in another firm that specialised in road traffic accident claims.
Michela chose to pursue a legal career because she has always had a passion for helping people and decided that this career would place her in a position where she could do this. During both her LLB and her Diploma, Michela developed a passion for employment law, which is the area of law that she hopes to practice in. At Allan McDougall Solicitors, her traineeship involves assisting in both personal injury and employment matters.
Education
Michela completed both her LLB and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.
Outside Work
Outside of her work life, Michela enjoys spending time with her friends and her dogs. She also has a keen interest in learning languages. She is fluent in Italian, which is her native language, and is also learning French and Spanish. Michela also enjoys travelling in her free time and has visited many cities in Europe.
