About Us

About You

You will advise on all aspects of employment law, predominantly representing employees, and will provide representation to claimants in employment tribunal proceedings. Based in our Edinburgh office (remote working initially), you will act on behalf of individual and trade union clients across Scotland as an integral member of our team.

In addition to possessing relevant experience and expertise in employment law, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to deal with a broad range of matters, an approachable, supportive, collaborative approach, an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team, a focus on achieving the best possible results for clients, and an interest in developing the firm’s business.

Remuneration will be competitive and commensurate with your experience.
