About us

We are one of Scotland’s leading specialist litigation law firms. Our personal injury team has a particular specialism in employers’ liability cases, and our clients include two of the UK’s largest trade unions.

About you

You will be acting for pursuers in cases involving employers’ liability, public liability and some clinical negligence. You will be familiar with pre-litigation procedures and the rules operating in The All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and The Court of Session. You will be based in our central Edinburgh office (remote working initially).

In addition to possessing relevant experience and expertise in personal injury law, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, opponents and the Court. You will also have an interest in developing the firm’s business.
